These terms apply to purchases made through this website. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product descriptions and final prices are displayed on the website in euros. As our soaps are traditionally made, their colour, shape and appearance may vary slightly.

MB Eistrateg is not registered for VAT, and VAT is not charged. Delivery costs are displayed before payment. Payments are processed securely by Paysera.

Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. We will send confirmation to the email address you provide.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

We deliver within Lithuania. Delivery times, costs and return information are available on our Shipping & returns

Statutory consumer rights, including the two-year legal guarantee, apply to faulty goods.

We respond to complaints within 14 days. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to VVTAT, A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, vvtat.lrv.lt, or online at vtis.lt.

Lithuanian law applies. The version of these terms published when you place your order applies to that purchase.
